In order to open an account and become a Member, you must be over 18 years old and above the legal drinking age in your country of residence. We reserve the right to reclaim ownership of all Cask Fractions and Whole Casks if an account is identified as being operated or owned by anyone under the age of 18 years old.

When you purchase a membership, you must provide all requested documentation to verify your identity within two weeks and thereafter on reasonable request from us. In addition, when you create your account you must provide us with proof of your identity, age and address as at the time of registration. You will therefore be prompted to submit to us a copy of your ID (Passport / Driving License) and proof of your address during the membership registration process. By submitting that information, you certify to us that the information provided is true and accurate in all respects.
